It is conceived that such effect has been caused by the relationship among teachers and students.\nTherefore, the teachers should pay attention to the development of their students' expression activities in various ways. At the same time, teachers should share lessons with other teachers, and understand the expertise of other specialty. Furthermore, it is important to make use of the class observation to the next class. It is desirable for the teachers to collaborate and improve their lessons together by maintaining expertise.
